29th October 2022, our long-waited one-day workshop “Umeed” (A
road to emotional Intelligence) was an unforgettable da for the team
and the young souls of the IISAR FOUNDATATION HIGHER
SECONDARY SCHOOL.
It was a moving to see young souls touched and how they opened
up through the day!
E.Z Learning Station conducted a workshop at Stanmore School and the topic was “Stress Management”. We also conducted some activities to engage the students and it was an unforgettable day for the students of Stanmore School.
Looking forward to spending days with more Young Souls awakening them to the Best Versions of themselves!
E.Z Learning Station conducted a workshop at Star Grammar School and the topic was “Discover your Passion”. The only purpose of this workshop was to clear the meaning, what drives the students and where their passions lie.
We also conducted some activities like sketching, meditation and much more.
E.Z Learning Station conducted a workshop at TRG and the topic was “Stress Management”. This workshop was specially designed for the TRG’s employees.
The only purpose of this workshop was to understand, identify, manage, and reduce the source of stress in their life. They learnt the practical skills to harness and alter their thoughts, and consequently
increase their productivity, boost self-morale and improve their overall well-being.
