Eesha Zubair ACCA, a passionate trainer having expertise in the domain of Emotional Intelligence, is resolute to bring about an awareness about the emotional needs of a human in the society. She believes an emotionally hurt person needs healing which is often ignored by our society. It is crucial to address to this as it not only impacts the quality of life but also the quality of performance at work-places.

Serving at IISAR since 2013, she has worked with multiple audiences, be it youth of grade 3 or grade 12, be it learners pursuing professional qualification, be it learning providers of Primary, Middle, Higher-Secondary School, or be it parents of the students.

Engaging with different audiences of different age groups makes Eesha proficient with the emotional roller-coaster each of them goes through. Moreover, with her given skills-set and experience she has the power to shift the paradigm, build Confidence, create Love for Self, augment Empathy, practice Self-healing techniques and uphold Emotional stability.

Eesha is currently heading the project ‘IISAR School of Accountancy’, inspiring her colleagues and youth
with her unstoppable determination and consistency. She often says to her ACCA students, “I don’t
teach ACCA, I unleash your potential”. This not only makes her an influencer but she is able to manifest
the leadership qualities within youth.

Dedicated towards her mission and the mission of IISAR, to develop leadership from grass root levels of
society, she works towards “Spreading Love and Peace through Education”.
